Daikin Limited is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. For there air conditioning manufacturing plant in Oostende, Belgium, a automated truck loading system is successfully installed. The unloading dock at the warehouse + the trailer systems were awarded by Costo who ordered the 2 trailer systems by Ancra.
In May 2011 Ancra Systems delivered and installed the stationary slat conveyor at Daikin Oostende for Intrion Industrial Automation.
Daikin is working with all kind of different pallets and even with unpalletized goods (carton boxes). Therefore the system chosen is a slat conveyor. At the production facility the Ancra conveyor is fed by a conveyor from Intrion, the trailer unloads at the warehouse at the Costo dock.
As proven with this project is Ancra Systems BV well willing to work together with a system integrator, as long as the needs of all parties involved are fulfilled.
