Ancra Systems B.V. is an independent company. The shareholding is spread across the current management and the former managing director. This structure ensures the required continuity and a long term perspective. Ancra Systems is in very good financial health; turnover in 2007 was 7.5 million euro, the company generates good profits and does not have any borrowed capital.
The mission of Ancra Systems is to develop loading and unloading concepts that deliver the greatest added value to our customers. This process always begins by gaining a long-term understanding of a customer’s logistic processes so that we can then employ all of our technical expertise.
We have a clear vision with regard to the market in which Ancra Systems is active and the role that we play in this. The market for automated loading and unloading is still in its infancy but it will grow rapidly in the coming years due to the following macro economic trends:
rising personnel costs;
a shortage of labour;
increasing lack of space in metropolitan areas;
more focus on controllable logistic costs;
more attention for clean, safe and controlled logistic processes;
more stringent Health & Safety legislation.
These trends are already clearly visible in Western Europe. This is where the demand for loading and unloading systems has originated. These trends shall continue more intensely in Western Europe and will also come into force to an increasing extent elsewhere in the world.
With 20 years of experience, Ancra Systems is ideally positioned to remain at the forefront of this dynamic market.
